It's an interesting challenge to figure out how to handle both your wars and the rituals.
I also like the Vortex campaign mechanics (except for the intervention armies) nowadays, since the ritual armies stopped spawning in my territory multiple patches ago and instead spawn a bit (sometimes too far) outside of it so you have the time to get into position. I prefer the map, just looks more natural than the smooshed together ME map and the different starting positions for the legendary lords offer a far more diverse challenge than the mostly fairly similar starting positions for the old races in ME. I play it a lot, just recently for a Hellebron campaign.
